OSSC Recruitment 2022 | Educational Qualification

(1) For TGT ARTS

Bachelor Degree in Arts/Commerce or a Shastri (Sanskrit) Degree from a recognised university with two school subjects (school subjects as defined in the proviso here under) from a recognized university having 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PWD/SEBC candidates) and Bachelor in Education (B. Ed)/ 3-year integrated B.Ed. Institution. M.Ed. from any NCTE recognized institution.

OR

Four-year Integrated B.A. B.Ed. from any NCTE recognized Institution with two school subjects (school subjects as defined in the proviso here under) having 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PWD/SEBC candidates).

(2) For TGT Science (PCM) & TGT Science (CBZ)

Bachelor Degree in Science/B. Tech/ BE with two school subjects (PCM) (school subjects as defined in the proviso here under) from a recognized university having 50% marks in aggregate(45% for SCST/PWD/SEBC candidates) and Bachelor in Education, Edy 3-year integred B.Ed. – M.Ed. from any NCTE recognized Institution.

OR

Four-year Integrated B. Sc. B.Ed. from any NCTE recognized Institution with two school subjects (school subjects as defined in the proviso here under) having 50% marks in aggregate (45% SC/ST/PWD/SEBC Candidates)

• For Trained Graduate Teacher-Science (PCM): Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics are required.
• For Trained Graduate Teacher-Science (CBZ): Chemistry. Botany, Zoology, Biology, Biotechnology, Life Science are required.

(3) For Telugu Teacher

Bachelor degree in Arts having Telugu as a subject with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PWD/SEBC candidates)

AND

(4) For Sanskrit Teacher

(a) Bachelors Degree with Sanskrit as one of the elective/ optional/ Hons/ pass subject from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PWD/SEBC Candidates)

AND

Shiksha Shashtri (Sanskrit) a course prescribed by NCTE, from a recognized University/ Institution/ B.Ed from any NCTE recognized institution.

OR

(b) Shashtri in Sanskrit with minimum 50% of marks in aggregate(45% for SC/ST/PWD/SEBC Candidates) from a recognised University/Institution with 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PWD/SEBC Candidates)

AND

Shiksha Shastri (Sanskrit) a course prescribed by NCTE, from a recognised University/ Institution/ B.Ed. from any NCTE recognised Institution.

(5) For Hindi Teacher

Bachelors Degree with Hindi one of the as Elective/Optional/Hons./Pass subject from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks in aggregate(45% for SC/ST/PWD/SEBC Candidates)

OR

Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% or SC/ST/PWD /SEBC candidates) with one of the following qualifications;

• Rastrabhasa Ratna from Rastrabhasa Prachar Samiti, Wardha
• Shastri (Hindi) from Orissa Rastrabhasa Parishad, Puri
• Snataka (Acquired by June-2005, the date up to which the temporary recognition has been granted) from Hindi Shiksha Samiti, Orissa, Cuttack

(6) For Urdu Teacher

Alim/Fazil with 50% of marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PWD/SEBC Candidates) and B.Ed / Urdu B.Ed from any NCTE recognised institution.

OR

B.A(Persian), B.Ed/ Urdu B.Ed from any NCTE recognised organization with 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PWD/SEBC Candidates).

(7) For PET

+2 or its equivalent examination from a recognised organization and C.P.Ed/ D.P.Ed/ B.P.Ed/ M.P.Ed from a recognised University.
